Introduction

Ingredients

    black pepper & garlic powder
    low sodium soy sauce - 3 tbs

    1 pound of lean top sirloin - slice paper thin
    4 green onion (scallions) - chop course
    large red onion - slice thin
    juice of 3 limes
    2 tsp white sugar
    cilantro - half bunch - chopped big pieces
    3 tbs fish sauce - must be fish sauce!! Do not substitute
    sold in grocery stores - Asian section

    ground red dried chilies (Thai ground red hot peppers if you can find them) - add tsp at a time - for desired heat


Directions

garlic powder/garlic, soy sauce - marinate in meat for 1 hour
grill on medium/hot until medium/medium rare 16mins
chopped green onion, cilantro
slice paper thin - onion, beef, cucumber

mix fish sauce & sugar together in a small bowl set aside

add meat, onion, and sauce together - add dried hot peppers. Mix together, taste once you have the desired flavor, add the rest of ingrediants. Cover for an hour - serve over rice.
