Introduction

My take on a 'fat flush soup'. My take on a 'fat flush soup'.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Half a pound of Lean Ground Beef (Or turkey or chicken, or if you are vegetarian add a can of beans.)
    1 Can of Mushrooms, Drained
    3 Cups Water
    1 Can (784ml) of Crushed Tomatoes
    3 Large Carrots
    3 Stalks of Celery
    2 Cups of Chopped Cabbage
    1 tbsp. Oregano

Tips

You can add any other spices or vegetables you want...


Directions

Step One: The first thing I did was fully cook the ground beef, strain it, and break it up into small pieces.
Step Two: I used a crock pot and added all ingredients. First the crushed tomatoes, water, and oregano and gave it a good stir, then added all other ingredients.

Serving Size: 2 Cups = 1 Serving
