Introduction

Spicy Dinner Smoothie - Blueberry, Mango, Avocado, Cayenne Pepper Spicy Dinner Smoothie - Blueberry, Mango, Avocado, Cayenne Pepper
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/2 cup mango
    1 cup blueberries
    1-1/2 cups coconut water
    1 cup kale
    1 Tbsp lemon juice
    1/4 of an avocado
    1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
    1 Tbsp Flax seeds

Tips

1. Use frozen blueberries and frozen mango to make it cold, or add ice.
2. If you want to use this smoothie outside of the 3 day detox, feel free to cut out the cayenne pepper. It gives it quite a kick which is beneficial to a detox, but not required to enjoy this smoothie :)
2. I make mine with the frozen fruit, and then also put it in the freezer for about 10 minutes before i drink it because that makes it really cold and icy :)

Directions

Blend all ingredients in a blender

Serving Size: Makes about 1-16oz glass
