Introduction

This is an awesome dish that is always requested at parties! I tripled the original recipe and made a few tweeks for a larger serving. This is an awesome dish that is always requested at parties! I tripled the original recipe and made a few tweeks for a larger serving.
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    9 Tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar
    9 Tablespoons Lowfat Buttermilk
    6 packets of Truvia
    2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
    8 Cups Shredded Green Cabbage
    3 medium Apples (Fuji, or Braeburn), diced
    1/2 cup slivered Almonds
    1/2 cups crumbled blue cheese

Directions

Whisk vinegar, buttermilk, sugar, oil and seasonings together in a large bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and toss to coat. Let salad stand at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving.

Serving Size: Makes about 10 cups, serving is 1/2 cup
