    1 Flour Tortilla
    Light Cream Cheese (2 tbsp)
    Salsa (1-2 tbsp)
    Cucumber (6-8 slices)
    Lettuce (2-4 leaves)
    Turkey Breast (2-4 slices, *or any other sliced meat)
    Tex Mex Cheese (1/4 cup, shredded)
    *OPTIONAL* Tabasco (1-3 tsp)


This is just a simple recipe for one serving. The ingredients are what I prefer in my burrito, but you can customize it to yourself.


Soften cream cheese and mix with salsa.
Spread onto tortilla, keeping in center.
Layer cucumber and lettuce on top.
Layer meat on top of lettuce.
Sprinkle desired amount of cheese.
Roll 1/3 over layers, fold sides in and roll remaining.
Cut into 1/2 and EAT!!

Serving Size: Makes 2 2' pieces
