I'm not sure where I got the original recipe from, but I've made so many adjustments to it that it's mostly mine now! Make the night before for a quick and easy breakfast! Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 cup Rolled Oats
    1 1/3 cups Soy Milk (or Skim Milk)
    1 cup Greek Yogurt - plain, non fat
    1 1/2 table spoons Chia Seeds
    1 table spoon Cinnamon
    1/4 cup Honey
    1 cup Applesauce, unsweetened
    1 oz Raisins

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Divide into 4 containers, cover and refrigerate. May be heated in the microwave if desired, but I prefer it cold!

Serving Size: Makes 4 - 1 cup servings
