Ingredients

    Milk, eggs, flour, butter, cherries, sugar, vanilla (forgot to put that in the ingredients, sorry)

Tips

I use Trader Joe's Morello Cherries in a glass bottle for this, reserving the cherry juice to make pancake sauce for another day.


Directions

Preheat oven to 375. Meanwhile, pour milk into blender, then add eggs, sugar, vanilla. Buzz til mixed. Add flour and buzz again. In separate dish, mix cherries with small amount of flour. Place 10" pie pan in oven while preheating, add the butter and let it melt, then tilt around to cover bottom. Add stuff from blender, then scatter floury cherries over, bake for 30-40 mins. Puffs up and turns golden brown when done.

Serving Size: Feed 3-4.
