    Root Beer, 16 fl oz
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp
    Garlic powder, 1 tbsp
*onion, dry , minced dehydrated flakes 1 tbsp

Tips

Allow it to sit on the warm setting after the completion of the cooking cycle for a couple hours for enhanced flavor.

Directions

Place a lean, boneless pork loin half (5-6lbs), fat facing up in a slow cooker. Distribute seasonings over the top of the loin. Measure 2 cups of your favorite root beer into an easy to pour measuring cup. Pour root beer carefully on each side of the pork, careful not to wash seasoning off the fat of the pork. Set slow cooker for 8 hours on low. Use a fork to pull the pork to desired shred consistancy and fold-in the meat in the remaining juices in cooker. Serve as part of a sandwich, over rice, or over nachos.
