Introduction
Gluten free version of the Carnival Cruise recipe.Makes either 8, 4 oz ramekins 2/3 full or 6 filled nearly to top. Gluten free version of the Carnival Cruise recipe.

Ingredients

6 oz dark chocolate (I use 4 oz bittersweet and 2 oz semisweet)
6 oz butter (1 1/2 sticks)
4 large eggs - room temperature
3/4 C sugar
1/3 C gluten free flour (or white rice flour)
Tips
Should be slightly underdone when removed from oven as it will continue to cook a bit, and the inside should remain a little "uncooked".
Directions
Melt chocolate and butter.
In separate bowl whisk eggs and sugar, add flour and blend.
After chocolate has cooled slightly, slowly add to egg mix, blend.
Pour into greased ramekins and bake 12 - 14 minutes.
Serve with garnish of fruit, or sprinkle with confectioners sugar and with ice cream.
