Ingredients

    6 Large Eggs
    2c broccoli
    6+ slices of Tyson Turkey Bacon
    .5c Blue Diamond Unsweetened Almond Milk Original
    .5c Shredded Swiss
    2 sticks Frigo String Cheese
    .5 tsp baking soda


Tips

Add seasonings to taste... I used several varieties of Mrs Dash and everything laying around the house like leftover broccoli from another meal.

Serve with half of an Atkins flax muffin to make it a very satisfying meal!


Directions

Nuke bacon per instructions. Tear bacon into strips, leaving 2-3 slices for the top.

Mix eggs, milk, torn bacon pieces, shredded cheese with whisk until thoroughly aerated. Pour into Pam-sprayed glass pan (square worked well).

Place broccoli throughout egg mixture, Tear strips of string cheese onto top to form a grid. Place 2-3 bacon strips across the top.

Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
