Ingredients

    2 lb roast
    200 grams baby carrots
    2 turnips cubed
    1 bell pepper sliced
    1 medium onion quartered
    3 stalks celery cut up in 3 in peices
    1 cup beef broth

Directions

Brown roast on both sides then put all ingredients into crockpot and cook on low for 6 hours.
