Ingredients

    2 c broccoli raw
    2 c cauliflower raw
    3 tbsp. olive oil
    1 med onion
    2 cloves garlic
    3 anchovy fillets
    1/4 tsp hot pepper flakes
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    8 oz penne or bucatini pasta
    3 tbsp. parmesan cheese

Directions

Par boil broc and caul
In lg skillet add oil, onion, garlic, anchovies, pepper flakes, pepper. Add broc and caul.
Cook pasta al dente drain add to above.
Serve with grated parmesan cheese.
