Ingredients

    8 oz beef (tenderloin, sirloin, or round steak)
    1 teaspoons low-sodium soy sauce, divided
    3 teaspoons oyster sauce, divided
    1/4 cup water
    2 teaspoons corn starch divided
    1/2 medium onion, cut into chunks
    1/2 medium bell pepper, cut into chunks
    1 large head broccoli, cut into small spears
    1 tablespoons peanut oil

Directions

Cut beef into 1 inch chunks or strips, which ever you prefer.

Toss beef with 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 2 teaspoon oyster sauce, and 1 teaspoon corn starch. Set aside.

In a small bowl, mix 1 teaspoon corn starch and 1 teaspoon oyster sauce. Set aside.

While meat marinades, prepare all vegetables and set into a bowl.

Add peanut oil to a hot wok. Add meat and stir fry for 5 minutes. Remove to a plate.

Add more peanut oil if necessary and add vegertables. Stir fry 5 minutes. Add meat and juices from plate. Stir fry 5 more minutes.

Push up all meat and vegetables onto sides of wok, making an empty well in center of wok. Stir and add water-corn starch mixture. Stir mixture until bubbly, then toss with meat and vegetables in wok, combining all.
