    3 chopped Chicken Drumstick
    3 chopped Chicken Thigh
    1 can Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, with green chilies
    1 can Goya Dark Red Kidney Beans
    1 small Onions, raw
    2 tbs canola oil


Brown the chicken pieces in the oil. Then add the onions and cook til soft. Then add the tomatoes and beans. Cook for about 40 minutes until the chicken is done. Season to taste.
