Ingredients

White or Wheat flour, 3 cup
Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats, 3 cup
    Baking Soda, 2 tsp
    Baking Powder, 4 tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp

    Banana, 4 small-medium (about 1.5 cups mashed)
    Peaches, .75 cup
    Canola Oil, .5 cup
    Milk 2%, .5 cup
    Egg, 4 large

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 400. Mix all dry ingredients together in large mixing bowl. Beat eggs in separate bowl until frothy, add mashed bananas and peaches, milk, oil, stir. Make well inside dry ingredients, slowly adding in wet. Stir just enough to moisten, batter should be lumpy. Spoon 3/4 full in muffin cups. Bake about 12 minutes, checking for color and done-ness. My electric stove needed about 12-15 minutes to fully bake. About 140 calories per muffin. You can experiment with the proportions of peaches to bananas, next time I'll do closer to half and half.
