Ingredients

    1 lb. extra lean ground beef
    1 pkg Old El Paso Original Taco Seasoning
    1 pkg Pictsweet Seasoning Blend
    1 small can sliced black olives
    1 c. Sargento Reduced Fat Sharp Shredded Cheddar
    1 c. Daisy Light Sour Cream
    16 Cherry Tomatoes
    1 c. sliced cucumber
    4 cups Fresh Express Spinach

Directions

Rinse and dry spinach and slice cucumbers.

Cook ground beef until done. Add taco seasoning, seasoning blend, and black olives - let simmer for 10 minutes.

Each salad bowl gets 1 cup spinach, 4 cherry tomatoes, 1/4 c. sliced cucumbers, 1/4 c. shredded cheese, and 1/4 c. sour cream.
