Ingredients

    1/2 c butter, melted
    3 cloves garlic chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 cup skim milk
    1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    1 (8 oz) package shredded 2% Cheddar cheese

    ** You can add a pie crust if you like but it's not calculated here.

Directions

In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, beaten eggs, milk, thawed and drained spinach, and spices. Pour into 9" pie pan and top with shredded Cheddar cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until quiche filling is set and top is lightly browned.

Serving Size: Makes 8 slices
