8 oz. lean pork loin, no bone, chopped
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 onion chopped
    1/2 bell green pepper chopped
    1 tsp oregano
    1 clove garlic minced
1 can black olives, sliced or whole

    4 tbsp Tzatziki sauce

Tips

If you like, you can add feta cheese and/or chopped tomatoes on top of the cooked meat mixture, but be sure to account for the additional calories.

Directions

Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet. Add pork, cut into cubes, to the oil and brown. Add onions, garlic, olives, green pepper and oregano. Stir fry til pork is thoroughly cooked.

Place a pita on a plate. On the pita, spread out half the lettuce. Place half of the pork mixture on top of the lettuce. Top with 2 tbsp. tzatziki.
