Ingredients

    1/2 lb. Colby and cheddar cheese, grated.
    1 can whole or diced green chilies.
    4 eggs.
    1 can, 12 oz evaporated milk.
    1/2 t. salt
    3 TBS. flour

Tips

Good with sopapillas, green salad and vegetable.


Directions

Grease 8X8 pan.
Layer cheese, chilies then cheese in pan.
Mix together: eggs, evaporated milk, salt and flour.
Pour over cheese layers.
Bake 25-35 min in 350 oven until knife incerted comes out clean..
