Ingredients

2 Slices of Ezekial 4:9 Sprouted 100% Wheat Bread
    3 Egg Whites
    2 Slices of Turkey Bacon
1 Slice of Fat Free Cheddar Cheese
    1 Slice of fresh Tomato

Tips

Reduce the sodium count by backing off to one slice of turkey bacon.
I keep the bacon and tomato hot by preheating my oven to 180 degrees F, heating a plate, and placing those ingredients in the oven to stay warm.
Sprinkle a little Tabasco Sauce for added spiciness.
Chop the tomato and add to the raw egg whites, and then fry.
Reduce the sodium content by 30% by eliminating one of the slices of Turkey Bacon.

Directions

Cook the turkey bacon to the desired level of crispiness.
Spray the frying pan with an olive oil spray, bring the pan to a medium heat and sear the tomato slice. Cook both sides of the slice, reducing the moisture content to the desired consistency. Remove the tomato and set aside.
Wipe the pan clean, spray with oil olive, and then fry the egg white.
Once these items are cooked, assemble the sandwich while they are hot.
Enjoy!
