Ingredients

    2/3 c carrots
    1/2 c onion
    2 cloves of garlic
    3 c. fat free broth
    1 and 1/2 c. cabbage
    1 c' green beans
    1 T. tomato paste
    1/4 t. salt
    1 c. zucchini

Directions

Add all ingredients except zuczhini. Simmer for 25 minutes. Add zucchini and cook for another 5 minutes. Serve hot. Makes 4 one cup servings.
