    3.5 cups Beef Broth
    1 Tbsp Macadamia Nut Oil
    1 medium onion chopped
    1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
    1 tsp Italian Seasoning
    1 egg yolks
    1/4 cup heavy cream
    .5 tsp black pepper
    1 tsp Salt
    1/4 cup Parsley


For Gravy: Start out with just 2 cups of broth. Add more if thinning is needed (after incorporating the egg yolks & cream).

Add the whole 3.5 cups of broth for a soup.


Cook onions in oil until soft, add broth, Worcestershire, vinegar, salt, pepper, & italian seasoning. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat, cover & cook for 10 minutes.

In a heat proof bowl, beat eggs & cream until well mixed. Add a little hot liquid while whisking the eggs vigorously (tempering the eggs). Add eggs/cream to liquid while whisking liquid. Cook over medium heat until thickened.

Serving Size: Makes 10 servings at 127 grams
