Introduction

Great alone or best as a salad topping served with a pepper ranch dressing Great alone or best as a salad topping served with a pepper ranch dressing
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 can Black Beans, rinsed & drained
    1 fresh Mango, peeled & cubed
    1/2 cup frozen corn, rinsed & drained
    1 can Black Olives, cut in half
    1/2 cup Red Onion, chopped (use to taste)
    1/2 Orange Bell Pepper, chopped
    1/2 cup (approx.) chopped fresh Cilantro
    Juice of 1 medium sized Lime
    3 1/2 t. Chili Lime - Salad Jazz seasoning

Directions

Makes approx. 12 1/2 cup servings. Mix all ingredients and let chill. Serve over salad greens with a Serrano Pepper Ranch dressing topped with SW tortilla strips (optional) Top with fajita chicken strips for a full meal. Or just serve alone.
