Ingredients

    4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
    3 cups chicken broth
    4 cloves garlic
    2 tsps dijon mustard
    2 tbsp creme fraiche
    2 tsp corn starch

Tips

Substititing 1 tsp of whole grain mustard for 1 of dijon is very tasty. Can be make low fat by swapping the creme fraiche for quark or fat free fromage frais.


Directions

Mix corn starch into cold broth. Put the chicken breasts, peeled and crushed garlic, mustard and broth in your slow cooker. Cook on high for 4 hours, or low for 6-8. Remove chicken and shred. Stir creme fraiche into sauce and return chicken. Cook on high for 15 more minutes. Serve over rice or pasta.
