Ingredients

    9 cups water
    3 tablespoons vegetable bouillon powder
    1 1/2 cups lentils
    1 cup brown rice
    28 oz can diced tomatoes
    3 carrots chopped into medium-small pieces
    1 onion, chopped into medium-small pieces
    2 celery stalks, chopped
    3 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 tsp dry coriander
    1 tsp dry basil
    1 tsp thyme
    1 bay leaf


Directions

Aside from chopping, there's only one step: put everything in pot and cook, covered, for one hour. Add salt to taste.
