Introduction

A tasty smoothie to give energy. A tasty smoothie to give energy.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    Frozen Strawberries
    Frozen Mixed Berries
Frozen Tropical Fruit (peaches, pineapple, etc.)
A pitcher of cooled green tea
    Chobani Greek Yogurt
    Spinach

Tips

* Frozen fruit allows it so you don't have to add ice
* You can use any type of green tea
* I buy fresh spinach, then freeze it so it doesn't go back by the next batch I make.
*I make two of these to fill 5 mason jars for my lunch. I take it out in the morning, and it is a great smoothie consistency by lunchtime, still cold!

Directions

Place in your strawberries, mixed berries, and tropical fruit. On top, place your yogurt, then spinach.

Pour green tea over everything until three quarters of the way full.

Blend until smooth.

Pour into mason jars, twist on cap, then freeze for optimal use throughout the week.

Serving Size: Makes 2.5 mason jar servings
