Ingredients

    1/4 cup chia seeds
    1 cup milk
    1/3 cup pureed pumpkin
    1 Tbsp honey
    1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Tips

I used banana and took out the honey in this one. 1/6/2014


Directions

Mix 1/4 cup chia seeds with 1 cup milk. Let sit for 30 minutes, stirring with a fork every five minutes or so. If you love tapioca pudding, you'll love this! Get creative.
