    Ingredients:

    *Ground Beef 93% Lean, 16 oz
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips
    Low fat cream cheese, 1 pack 8 ounces
    Egg Noodles, enriched, 1 cup
    Tomato Paste, 1 can (6 oz)
    Milk, 2%, 1/2
    *1/4 tsp garlic salt, 1 serving
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    great value grated parmesan cheese, 4 tbsp

Directions

Mix ground beef, onion & green pepper in 2 qt casserole. Microwave at high (100 0/0) until beef loses pink,5 to 9 minutes, stirring once to break up beef. Drain.
Stir in remaining ingredients except parmesan. Microwave at high (100 0/0) 2 minutes. reduce power to medium- high (70 0/0). Sprinkle with parmesan. Microwave until heated through, 5 to 7 minutes
