Ingredients

    3 cups oatmeal
    1 cup brown sugar
    2 tsp cinnamon
    2 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp salt
    -Mix above ingredients together in a bowl
    Chop and place in a layer on the bottom of a casserole dish: 2 Whole Apples (skin on)

    Mix together:
    1 cup milk
    1/2 cup melted butter
    2 eggs
    2 tsp vanilla

    Combine dry ingredients with wet. Pour over apples in casserole dish. Spread to be even.

    Cook in 350* oven for about 40 minutes.

    -Reheats well!

Bake at 350*
