Ingredients

    avocado, 1 medium fresh without skin or seed
    Onion: Granulated, 1/4 tsp
    Garlic, Granulated (Dry), 1/8 tsp
    Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice, 1 tsp
    Sour Cream, 1 tbsp
    Salt, 1 dash
    Pico de Gillo (1/4 c.) or favorite salsa
    Hot Red Peppers (dry), 1/8 tsp

Tips

if not going to eat within 24 hours you may want to add more lemon to help keep from browning. Browning is normal. Use within 48 hours for best freshness and taste


Directions

Mash until smooth; 1 medium fresh avocado without skin or seed
add the following ingrediants and mix into mashed avocado until well blended
Onion: Granulated, 1/4 tsp
Garlic, Granulated (Dry), 1/8 tsp
Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice, 1 tsp
Salt, 1 dash
Pico de Gillo (1/4 c.) or favorite salsa
Hot Red Peppers (dry), 1/8 tsp
Sour Cream, 1 tbsp

Serve with your favorite chips or crackers or use as a sandwich spread!
