Ingredients

15 slices of the Land O’ Lakes® Mini Honey Ham
3 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
3 scallions, chopped
3 tablespoons shredded cheese
Tips

Directions
1. Line three muffin tin openings with a muffin liner. Spray with nonstick cooking oil.
2. Fill each muffin liner with five Mini Honey Hams.
3. Crack one egg into each cup; and sprinkle each egg with salt and pepper.
4. Bake in a 375°F preheated oven for 12-15 minutes till the white looks set but the egg is set and yolk is still slightly runny.
5. Lift each egg out of the muffin tine and remove liner.
6. Top with chopped scallions, shredded cheese and serve.
