Introduction

Ingredients

    1 Large Bell Pepper (Red or Yellow)
    @6-7 Mushrooms
    @5-6 Cloves of Garlic
    1/3 cups of 2% Milk
    1lb Ground Beef (85 Lean/15% Fat)
    1 tbsp Olive Oil
    3 cups of Marinara Sauce
    1/2 cup of Diced Tomatoes

Tips

To cut down prep time, use food processor.


Directions

Brown ground beef in olive oil. Finely chop all vegetables. Add garlic and onion and cook until translucent. Add pepper and mushrooms and cook till tender. Then add diced tomatoes and marinara sauce. Add Italian herb, salt, and black pepper for taste. Cook until everything sauce thickens.
