Introduction

A good way to enjoy leftover ham. Cheesy and yummy. A good way to enjoy leftover ham. Cheesy and yummy.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    3 slices of leftover ham cubed
    1 cup of brown rice, prepared using apple juice and water 1/2 and 1/2
    1 can of kernel corn
    1 onion chopped
    1/2 package of cream cheese
    1/2 cup of grated swiss cheese
    add 1/2 tsp each of garlic, salt, pepper, parsley flakes and dried oregano

Directions

cook rice on stovetop using apple juice as 1/2 liquid as per instructions on rice package
when rice is cooked stir in cream cheese
once cream cheese is melted add cubed ham, corn and onions and place in casserole dish
sprinkle grated swiss cheese on top
place in over t 350 degees until heated through, approx 30 minutes
