Introduction

Ingredients

    • 1/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise
    • 3/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt
    • 2 teaspoons tarragon vinegar
    • 1/8 teaspoon thyme
    • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
    • 2 teaspoons chili sauce

Directions

Combine all ingredients and chill in refrigerator for at least 3 hours. Serve with crisp raw vegetables.

Yield: 1 cup
Serving Size: 2 Tablespoons

    This was really good with veggies. I used nonfat sour cream instead of the mayonnaise since I'm not a big fan of diet mayo. I think I would add more curry next time. - 7/20/08

    For the question about tarragon vinegar...use regular balsamic vinegar and stir just the barest pinch of dried crushed tarragon into the dip along with the other spices. Too much tarragon can be really overpowering. - 3/24/08
