Ingredients

    Chicken Broth, 8c
    Chicken, 12oz
    Carrots, 8 Medium
    Celery, 10 Stalks
    Mushrooms, 12oz
    Garlic, 8 Cloves
    EVOO, 6Tb
    Rice, Wild, 3/4c Dry

Directions

Chop all ingredients to desired size. Saute carrots, celery, mushrooms, garlic until tender. Cook chicken until done in a dutch oven. Add vegetables to chicken, then add the broth & rice. Cook until rice is done.

Serving Size: Makes (Roughly) Ten 1 Cup Servings
