Ingredients

    1/3 cup sesame seeds
    2/3 cup desiccated coconut
    1/3 cup natural almonds
    1/3 cup shelled walnuts
    2/3 cup LSA
    1 1/3 cups dried fruit (I used apricots, prunes, dates)
    1/3 cup peanut butter
    1/3 cup brown rice syrup
    1/3 cup honey
    additional desiccated coconut for rolling.

Directions

In thermomix or food processor, blend all dry ingredients until finely ground. Add dried fruit, process until very finely chopped and moist. Add peanut butter and honey, process until a dough forms. Roll into teaspoon-sized balls, roll in additional desiccated coconut.

Serving Size: makes 42, 1.25" balls
