    *Beef (Top Round Roast), 16 oz (remove)
    *Potato, raw, 1 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) (remove)
    Carrots, raw, 2 cup, chopped (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Canned Tomatoes, 2 cup (remove)
    *gluten-free flour mix, .5 cup (remove)
    Garlic, 2 clove (remove)
    Rosemary, dried, 2 tsp (remove)
    Thyme, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
    Salt, 2 tsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)
    *Celery Salt, 0.5 tsp (remove)

Directions

Brown all ingredients in olive oil and cook 1 hour on high and turn to low
