    also add salt and pepper to taste , can add garlic also

Directions

just throw everything eccept the flour ,cheese ans 1/4 of the butter stick. in crock pot and let cook for 3 hours on high , stir occasionaly.at the 3 hour mark , make a rue with flour and butter add the cheese and a little more milk then ad that to crock also stir well and cook for 1 hour more on low. this is thhe best potato soup ever !!

Serving Size: 2 cups as main dish , 1 cup as side dish
