1/4 cup Truvia Baking Blend
1.2 cups flour
3 T. cocoa powder
1/8 t. baking powder
1/2 t. baking soda
1/4 t. salt
2 T. coconut oil
1 egg
1/2 T. Half and Half
Tips
It is best to cook all the batter and store the extra servings in the refrigerator, rather than storing extra batter.
Directions
Mix together all wet ingredients.
Mix together all dry ingredients.
Combine wet and dry ingredients, mix well.
Pour 1/4 of the batter into a microwave-safe mug.
Microwave on high for 60 seconds. Remove from mug. Serve immediately. One serving.
Can garnish with whipping cream, but that would be additional calories that have not been calculated.
