Introduction

Ingredients
Almond Flour, blanched 2 cups
1/2 tsp baking soda
Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 3 tbsp
2 Eggs, fresh,
Onions, raw, 3 tbsp chopped
Garlic, 2 tbsp
Almonds, sliced 1/2 oz.
No salt seasoning
Tips
I like to use garlic flavor olive oil, and next time I may double the seasoning. I can also use the basic and make other veggie rolls, or with fruit. Use appropriate ingredients for this. This is the first I have experimented with paleo baking, but it will not be my last. Also while the rolls are baking prepare the rest of you meal so you can enjoy hot out of the oven rolls.
Directions
You need 2 bowls, stir eggs in one and add onions, garlice, almonds and seasoning, set aside.
In other bowl stir flour, baking soda and cut oil into til it looks like crumbles.
Combine both and mix. I use parchment paper, divide into 10 rolls, bake in 350 preheated oven about 12 minutes til knife is clean and rolls are golden, soooo gooood !
Serving Size: Makes 10 delicious rolls.
