Ingredients

    4- 4oz salmon fillets, skin removed
    1 cup + 4 tbsp KC Masterpiece Hawaiian Spicy Mango Marinade
    1/2 of a red bell pepper, seeded and diced
    1/2 cup diced onion
    1/2 cup fresh mango, peeled and diced

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine salmon and marinade, let marinate refrigerated for 30 minutes. In the meantime, dice up your veggies and mango. Place each salmon fillet on top of an individual sheet of foil. Divide bell pepper, onion, and mango evenly between the salmon. Drizzle each with 1 tbsp. marinade. Fold foil to create 4 sealed packets. Place packets on a baking sheet, and bake for 20-25 minutes until salmon is cooked through.
