Introduction

Good in a meatball sandwich, over pasta, or by themselves! Good in a meatball sandwich, over pasta, or by themselves!

Ingredients

    1 lb ground beef
    1 egg
    1 tbsp tomato paste
    1 tbsp pizza seasoning
    1/4 cup ketchup
    2 bread loaf ends, crumbed or finely chopped
    1/4 inch cubes of mozzarella cheese

Tips

Feel free to warm up some marinara sauce or alfredo sauce to accompany. **not factored into nutrition info


Directions

In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except the cheese. Mix it all up evently. Form meatballs. Press a well into the meatball and place a cube of cheese in each meatball. Fold egdes over the cheese until "hidden". Repeat for all meatballs. Bake the meatballs at 375 degrees for 25 minutes until they are browned and cooked through.
