Ingredients

    butternut squash about 2 - 2 1/2 lbs, pealed and cut into chunks
    2 medium yellow onions, quartered
    3 medium granny smith apples, cored and quartered
    2 TBS EVOO
    1 TBS chilli powder
    4 cups chicken broth

Directions

pre-heat oven to 400F. cut veggies and fruit. drizzle with EVOO. add chilli powder. mix, and put onto baking sheet. bake for 40 minutes stirring every 10 min. after mix is roasted. let cool a bit. then add 2 cups broth with half of veggies in blender. repeat with remaining ingred. mix all together. serve.
