Introduction

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    Stew meat is lean and is about 2lbs
    Can of Tomatoes is whole and peeled 1 large can
    Bay leaf is one large leaf

Directions

Pressure cook meat with 1 cup of broth with sliced jalapeno and chopped onion and garlic and caldo de tomate seasoning. Pressure cook for 20 min. While meat is cooking place in large pot non stick all of other ingredients after chopping them into bite size bits. Add remaining Chicken broth to veggies and place lid on them and cook on high to start to soften them, When meat is done pour into veggies and stir. Add Bay leaf while cooking. Cook until all veggies are soft. If you do not own or have a pressure cooker you can cook meat in soup pot with all the ingredients that are used in pressure cooker until is tender prior to adding veggies. Can also cook meat as stated prior and then add all ingredients to crock pot and let cook on low all day.
