Ingredients

    250 grams lentils
    2 medium or large carrots
    3 large stalks of celery
    1 medium yellow onion
    Approx 4-6 tbs extra virgin olive oil (recipe calories calculated using 6)
    2 yellow potatoes
    2 bouillon cubes
    1 tsp rosemary
    1 tbs black pepper
    1 tsp chili powder
    1 tbs oregano
    Water to cover ingredients in pot

Directions

sautee the veggies in olive oil and spices (carrots and onion first), maybe 10-15 minutes, then add the lentils, sautee them for a few minutes, then put in the broth, cover it, bring it to a boil and let it simmer.
