Ingredients

    1 large head of cabbage
    1 bottle (48 oz) Vegetable Juice V-8 Low Sodium
    1 can french cut green beans
    1 can peas
    1 can corn

Tips

You can add other vegetables as desired


Directions

Chop up cabbage and put in slow cooker, season to taste, and add vegetable juice. Let simmer for about 4 hours or until cabbage is tender.
