Ingredients

    1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
    1/4 cup pure pumpkin puree
    1/4 tsp vanilla extract
    1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
    Stevia to taste

Directions

Mix all ingredients together, add stevia to your liking. Eat immediately or refrigerate until ready to eat. Eat as yogurt or dip apple slices or vanilla wafers for a snack
