Ingredients

    **For some ingredients, to guarantee GF, you will have to be sure to use Certified GF ingredients.

    1 medium Banana
    1/2 cup GrapeOla Grape Seed Oil
    2 EggLand's Best Cage Free Brown Eggs Large
    2 Cups Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
    1/3 cup Stevia in the Raw
    1/3 cup Brown Sugar
    1-1/2 cups Buckwheat Flour
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1-1/2 tsp Baking Powder
    1-1/2 tsp Baking Soda
    1 15 oz can Pumpkin (no added ingredients)

Directions

Combine all ingredients except flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Blend until smooth. Mix remaining ingredients together, then slowly add to other ingredients until completely blended. Grease muffin tins and spoon mixture into tins. Bake at 375 F for 10-15 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 12 large muffins
