Ingredients

    Cinnamon bread, chunked (about 6 slices)*
    1 Apple, chunked (Honey Crisp)
    Egg Beaters (guessing 1/2 cup)*
    Milk (guessing (guessing 1 cup)*
    1 T Caramel topping *
    Sugar/Cinnamon mix (about 1 tablespoon)*
    2 Packs of Instant Maple/Brown Sugar Oatmeal
    1 T. Brown Sugar (for topping)
    1 T. Butter (for topping)

Tips

Drizzle with caramel topping and whipped topping just before serving (not factored in with nutritional value).


Directions

I mixed all the above (with the exception of the brown sugar and butter for topping) lightly to coat, and let it soak up all the milk/egg mixture) for about 30 minutes, then baked it at 350 for 45 minutes, with the last 5 minutes topped with a sprinkle of brown sugar and a couple thin pats of butter.
