Introduction

Ingredients

    6 eggs
    1 cup milk
    1 teaspoon herbs
    salt, pepper, garlic powder
    7 mushrooms sliced
    2 small baked potatoes (skin removed), chopped
    2 oz diced ham
    1/2 shredded cheese

Tips

Pie pan will be filled to the top so be careful when placing in oven so it does not spill. You can pretty much add whatever you want to the quiche and take out what you don't want.


Directions

Bake potatoes in microwave, peel off skin and dice. Add potatoes, diced ham and sliced mushroom in non-stick pan and sauté until mushrooms cooked through. Beat eggs, milk, seasonings and cheese all together. Put sautéed ingredients into the uncooked shell and slowing pour the egg mixture over. Make sure pie pan is on a cookie sheet. Bake at 370 degrees for 30-40 minutes until the center is almost set but jiggles slightly when gently shaken & knife inserted comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes.
